Secret Weapon (White BBQ Rub) - Pepper & Me

When your chicken, pork or fish is facing an existential flavour crisis, think of Secret Weapon as your ultimate protein emergency contact.

We’ve blended all the best white spices into one dangerously addictive mix that puts plain salt and pepper to shame.

Rub it onto meat or veggies before grilling, roasting, or smoking.

It’s magic on wings, ribs, pork chops, salmon, roast potatoes, cauliflower, grilled corn, or any veggie looking for a swipe right of flavour.
